Sigillo

Terms of sale and license

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Who sells Sigillo

Sigillo is made by Jake, Italy (support: support@sigillo.app). Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record: it handles payment, invoices and sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms.

2. What you buy

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sigillo. One license can be active on up to two Macs at the same time. You can move a license to another Mac by deactivating it on one of the two. The price is chosen by you at checkout, from a minimum of €9. It is a one-time payment that includes updates to the version you buy and later minor versions.

3. What you are responsible for

4. What you may not do

Resell, share or publish license keys; remove or bypass the license check; offer Sigillo as a paid service to third parties.

5. Refunds

If Sigillo doesn't work for you, write to support within 14 days of purchase and you will get a full refund, no questions asked. The license is deactivated when the refund is issued. This does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.

6. No warranty

Sigillo is provided "as is". Apple can change how signing, provisioning or installation work at any time, and this may stop some features from working. To the extent allowed by law, the seller is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or problems with your Apple developer account caused by its use.

7. Trademarks

Sigillo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
